November 25 is International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. Worldwide, violence against women and girls is one of the most widespread human rights violations being committed every single day. It has increased FIVE-FOLD since the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The UN Secretary-General, António Gutierrez, is calling for a worldwide “cease-fire at home.” If you or someone you know is suffering from domestic violence at home, please call 1-800-799-7233
